DISEÑO MECANICO DE UNA SILLA DE RUEDAS PROTOTIPO CAPAZ DE PASAR OBSTACULOS

Abstract

Se plantea el diseno mecanico de una silla de ruedas con superacion de obstaculos con software CAD en 3D con los mecanismos suficientes para que sea capaz de superar bordillos o pendientes pronunciadas. En el diseno se contempla la seleccion de los servomotores que controlan los movimientos de la silla y se realizan estudios de movimiento y calculos teoricos de las fuerzas que intervienen. Tambien se analizan los esfuerzos estaticos para comprobar la resistencia mecanica de las piezas mas importantes, se verifica su movilidad y determinan sus limitaciones con el analisis de tensiones de Von Mises. Los estudios de movilidad realizados con las restricciones de diseno verifican que la silla de ruedas supera un escalon de una altura maxima de 272,3 mm y puede subir o bajar pendientes con un maximo de un 20 % de inclinacion. Se consigue que la silla se desplace a una velocidad de al menos 6,5 km/h.
