MANTENIMIENTO INDUSTRIAL Y CONOCIMIENTO TACITO

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Industrial maintenance, has been studied with great remark in the processes of decision of tangible items, in order to reduce the rate of failure of these technical elements, however there is an element, often forgotten, once analyzed, it becomes one of the most influential in the operational improvement and reduction of the time of replacement or acting against the tactical actions of industrial maintenance failures: The tacit knowledge. In this study, it has been shown that such tacit factor can influence, high values, in the days of troubleshooting, and analyzed in its initial phase, cost less in the process of final reduction in the rate of replenishment or failure, as well as reducing costs (often assumed) that are posed by the interruption of the process or service of such infrastructures. Key Words: Industrial maintenance, Human Factor, knowledge management, tacit knowledge.
