Abstract

RESUMEN Las antorchas son una pieza fundamental en la seguridad de las industrias petroquimicas y de refino; su buen estado de funcionamiento debe asegurarse con un plan de revision periodico de todos sus elementos. El avance de las tecnicas de Ensayos No Destructivos (END) en los ultimos anos y su aplicacion en este campo permite tener informacion fiable y objetiva. En el presente articulo se describen y agrupan los principales END aplicables analizando sus ventajas e inconvenientes.
