Abstract

RESUMEN El presente articulo analiza los fundamentos de la Evaluacion Psicosocial. Para ello se basa en estudios cientificos destacados que por un lado, muestran la necesidad de esta herramienta para el pleno desarrollo de la LEY 31/1995, del 8 de noviembre de Prevencion de Riesgos Laborales y por otro, explican los fundamentos de la Evaluacion misma. Asi, se da paso al estudio de los riesgos psicosociales como factores multicausales y a las distintas teorias sobre las que se ha sustentado la investigacion etiologica de los mismos. Finalmente, se plantea la prevencion desde los diferentes planos de intervencion en el ambito psicosocial.
