La condición inmigrante

Abstract

Desde hace unas décadas en España vivimos “tiempos de inmigración”. Este proceso contribuye notablemente a las grandes trasformaciones que experimenta nuestra realidad como sociedad receptora, y a la que la Región de Murcia no es ajena. El tejido social, los sectores productivos, la dimensión jurídico – política o la estuctura ocupacional adquieren nuevos perfiles. La condición inmigrante ofrece al lector una reflexión sobre la situación social, económica jurídica y política de la inmigración en España y en la Región de Murcia. El análisis se realiza en cutro grandes áreas. La primera parte recoge los capítulos dedicados a la contextualización del fenómeno migratorio. La segunda aborda la cuestión de la ciudadanía inmigrante. Finalmente, la cuarta parte afronta la cuestión del trabajo, así como las dinámicas de producción social.
