Abstract

El autor presenta en forma sencilla alguno de los aspectos importantes que influyen en la investigación del Delito Sexual como es el cuestionario básico que el investigador debe dirigir al médico-forense y la manera como el perito evalúa uno de los puntos del dictamen.
