Abstract

チャノミドリヒメヨコバイの加害がチャ新芽の葉脈褐変の発生に及ぼす影響及び葉脈褐変の発生程度と新芽の生育との関係について調査を行った。中齢幼虫あるいは雌成虫の1日間の加害で,葉脈褐変が発生し,4日間ですべての新芽に葉脈褐変が発生した。発生率は幼虫に比べ成虫で低かった。葉位別の葉脈褐変の発生は,成虫,幼虫とも上位葉から起こり,次第に下位葉に移行した。中肋での褐色刺痕は,幼虫,成虫とも加害1日後から見られたが,先端葉に比べ第2,3葉での発生率が高く,加害4日後の発生率は成虫の方が高かった。枯死葉の発生率は幼虫の加害による場合が成虫に比べ高かった。葉脈褐変の発生芽率は摘芽重との間には相関関係はなかったが,摘芽長との間には負の相関関係があった。
