SISTEMA PARA CARACTERIZAÇÃO ESPECTRAL DE DISPOSITIVOS FOTOVOLTAICOS

Abstract

No laboratório do grupo de células solares do LAS – Laboratório Associado de Sensores e Materiais foi implementado um sistema manual de caracterização espectral de dispositivos fotovoltaicos. Basicamente, o sistema é composto por uma fonte de radiação de filamento de 250 W, um monocromador de distância focal de 250 mm e um sistema de detecção com amplificador lock-in. O sistema foi caracterizado em irradiância com um detector calibrado e permite caracterizar dispositivos que trabalham na faixa espectral entre 300 nm e 1100 nm. Várias curvas de respostas espectrais de células solares foram obtidas e os valores estimados das correntes de curto-circuito foram comparados com os valores medidos no simulador solar obtendo boa concordância. Também foram obtidas as curvas de resposta espectral relativa de alguns radiômetros.
