Abstract

シアンの生成能及び分解能をあわせ持つChromobacterium violaceum (以下, C.riolaceumとする) による生成シアンの分解を試み, 廃棄物中にシアンを含有しないAuバイオリーチングプロセス展望の可能性について検討した.実験の結果, C.violaceumは5.0mmol/l以下のKCNに対する耐性が確認でき, 指数増殖後期から定常期にかけてシアン分解が顕著に行われ, その際の培養条件として10mmol/lのグルタミン酸添加が効果的であることが明らかとなった.さらにC.violaceum自身が生成したシアンを同一菌で分解することを試みたところ, 生成シアン濃度が高くなるグリシン添加YP複合培地を用いた際には, グルタミン酸のみではなくグルコースを添加することでシアンの再生成を抑え, より高いシアン分解を行うことが可能であることも明らかとなった.以上の結果から, C.violaceumをAuバイオリーチングプロセスに適用する際の条件を把握でき, その適用可能性が示唆された.
