Rancang Bangun Fetal Doppler Simulator untuk Kalibrasi Fetal Doppler

Abstract

Fetal Doppler Simulator untuk kalibrasi merupakan alat yang dirancang guna memastikan akurasi serta keandalan perangkat Fetal Doppler dalam memantau detak jantung janin. Selama ini, proses kalibrasi perangkat Fetal Doppler masih mengandalkan metode terbatas dengan biaya yang relatif tinggi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu media alternatif yang lebih ekonomis, praktis, dan tetap memenuhi standar kualitas. Alat ini bekerja dengan cara mensimulasikan detak jantung janin menggunakan berbagai pola ritme, mulai dari kondisi normal hingga variasi patologis seperti takikardia dan bradikardia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan desain, integrasi fitur, pembuatan prototipe, serta pengujian kinerja alat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Fetal Doppler Simulator mampu menghasilkan simulasi detak jantung yang stabil dengan nilai pembacaan masih berada dalam batas toleransi kesalahan (≤5%). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Fetal Doppler Simulator ini layak digunakan sebagai media kalibrasi Fetal Doppler. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi praktis bagi fasilitas kesehatan dalam melakukan kalibrasi dengan biaya yang lebih terjangkau.
