EL ÉXITO EN LOS PROGRAMAS A DISTANCIA: SUS EGRESADOS

Abstract

Le présent document vise à fournir une analyse sur les étudiants diplômés de l'enseignement à distance pour étudier dans les programmes développés à la Faculté d'enseignement à distance de l'Université de La Havane, Cuba. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, des recherches antérieures qui ont pris en considération les promotions de la première (1983-1984) à 1996-1997 ont été consultées. Le document fournit des informations sur les caractéristiques de la population des diplômés, les principales données de l'enquête et les opinions des employeurs sur la performance des diplômés dans leur nouveau rôle social. Dans le prochain cours 1998-99, l'enseignement à distance à Cuba atteindra son vingtième anniversaire de travail continu et de croissance dans ce domaine, et, par conséquent, c'est un objectif important de contribuer à la connaissance de ces composantes importantes de l'éducation dans notre pays.

El presente trabajo es para proporcionar un análisis sobre los estudiantes graduados de educación a distancia para estudiar en los programas desarrollados en la Facultad de Educación a Distancia de la Universidad de La Habana, Cuba. Para cumplir con estos objetivos se consultaron investigaciones previas que tomaron en consideración desde las primeras promociones (1983-84) hasta 1996-97. El documento proporciona información sobre las características de la población de graduados, los principales datos de la encuesta y las opiniones de los empleadores sobre el desempeño de los graduados en su nuevo rol social. En el próximo curso 1998-99, la educación a distancia en Cuba llegará a su vigésimo aniversario de continuo trabajo y crecimiento en este campo, y, por lo tanto, es un objetivo importante contribuir al conocimiento de estos importantes componentes de la educación en nuestro país.

The present paper is to provide an analysis on student graduated of distance education for of study in the programs developed at the Faculty of Distance Education of the University of Havana, Cuba. To meet this objectives previous researches which took into consideration from the first (1983-84) to 1996-97 promotions were consulted. The paper provides information on the characteristic of graduate population, principal survey data and the opinions of employers about performance of graduate in their new social role. In the next course 1998-99, the distance learning in Cuba will arrive its twentieth anniversary of continued work and growth in this field, and, therefor, it is an important goal to contribute to knowledge of these significant components of the education in our country.

تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تقديم تحليل للطالب المتخرج من التعليم عن بعد للدراسة في البرامج التي تم تطويرها في كلية التعليم عن بعد بجامعة هافانا، كوبا. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، تمت استشارة الأبحاث السابقة التي أخذت في الاعتبار من الترقيات الأولى (1983-1984) إلى 1996-1997. تقدم الورقة معلومات عن خصائص الخريجين وبيانات المسح الرئيسية وآراء أصحاب العمل حول أداء الخريجين في دورهم الاجتماعي الجديد. في الدورة القادمة 1998-1999، سيصل التعلم عن بعد في كوبا إلى الذكرى السنوية العشرين لاستمرار العمل والنمو في هذا المجال، وبالتالي، من الأهداف المهمة المساهمة في معرفة هذه المكونات الهامة للتعليم في بلدنا.
