Abstract

O conceito de agricultura de precisão surgiu com o uso de técnicas avançadas e tecnológicas no manejo das culturas. A tecnologia, quando usada adequadamente, promove o aumento da segurança e da produtividade no campo. Uma das atividades realizadas no tratamento de diversas culturas é a pulverização de fertilizantes, onde o uso de RPAs (aeronaves remotamente pilotadas) é uma forma de implementar tecnologia, controlar a atividade e proteger as pessoas contra produtos tóxicos. Este trabalho desenvolve o projeto mecânico preliminar de um multirotor pulverizador energeticamente híbrido, utilizando gasolina como combustível. As principais vantagens de um sistema de energia híbrido são que ele não requer o uso de várias baterias e é rapidamente abastecido, substituindo uma carga elétrica. Foi proposto um modelo de equipamento para cumprir a atividade de pulverização sem dificuldades no treinamento remoto de pilotos e regulamentações legais para normas brasileiras de RPAs.

The concept of precision agriculture arose with the use of advanced and technological techniques in crop management. Technology, when used adequately, promotes increased safety and productivity in the field. One of the activities carried out in the treatment of several crops is the spraying of fertilizers, where the use of RPAs (remotely piloted aircrafts) is a way to implement technology, control the activity and protect people against toxic products. This work develops the preliminary mechanical design of a hybrid spray RPA, using gasoline as fuel. The main advantages of a hybrid power system are that it does not require the use of several batteries and that it is quickly refueled, replacing an electrical charge. A model of equipment was proposed to fulfill the spraying activity without difficulties in remote pilot training and legal regulations for Brazilian RPAs rules.
