Abstract

Depresija je stanje čiji se uzroci još uvek ne razumeju dovoljno. Sve veći fokus se poslednjih decenija stavlja na biološke modele i pristupe i u skladu sa tim na farmakološkim rešenjima. Ipak psihoterapija kao samostalan ili komplementaran model rada sa depresivnim pacijentima ne samo da ne gubi na značaju nego i dobija na prominentnosti. Ali kao i farmakološki pristupi i psihoterapijski evoluiraju, ulazi i izlaze iz trenutne popularnosti. Ovde poseban problem predstavlja istraživanje psihoterapijskih metoda jer zbog nemogućnosti da se ima prava slepa kontrolna grupa, nije moguće ispoštovati sve principe medicine zasnovane na dokazima. U ovom predavanju predstavićemo gde je trenutna psihoterapijska praksa u lečenju depresije.
