Abstract

Eigentlich heißt der Zweite Korb "Zweites Gesetz zur Regelung des Urheberrechts in der Informations- gesellschaft". Der sperrige Titel verheißt, dass das bestehende Urheberrecht optimiert und an die Bedürfnisse der Gegenwart und Zukunft angepasst werden soll. Seit dem 1. Januar 2008 ist der "Zweite Korb" geltendes Gesetz. Was hat sich geändert, was muss man beachten?
