Repensando el concepto de desarrollo. Agenciamiento de desarrollo y territorio

Abstract

El presente texto propone una reflexión sobre la importancia del concepto de desarrollo y su vínculo con la dimensión territorial, a la luz de la propuesta de “agenciamiento de desarrollo”. En un contexto en el que los grandes relatos modernos se encuentran en crisis, cabe preguntarse: ¿qué entendemos hoy por desarrollo en general, y qué implica específicamente en relación con lo territorial? ¿Qué permanece de aquellas viejas nociones que lo estructuraban, cuando los Estados-nación marcaban la pauta de lo que debía o no debía acontecer en un espacio determinado? El objetivo de este texto es contribuir a la discusión sobre la pertinencia del concepto de desarrollo, explorando sus posibles futuros y los potenciales que aún podría desplegar.
