Formación ciudadana y cultura democrática en contextos sociopolíticos complejos

Abstract

Este estudio investiga las relaciones entre formación ciudadana y cultura democrática en contextos sociopolíticos complejos. Mediante un diseño de métodos mixtos que integra análisis bibliométrico en Scopus (N=87 documentos), estudio de casos múltiples (n=4 países de América Latina) y encuesta a 312 docentes y directivos, se examinan los enfoques, prácticas y tensiones en la implementación de políticas de formación ciudadana. Los resultados identifican cuatro enfoques predominantes: competencias cívicas (89.7% de reconocimiento), justicia social (78.5%), deliberativo (74.4%) y crítico-radical (62.2%). Las principales tensiones incluyen polarización política en el aula (91.3%), desconfianza institucional (86.5%) y desinformación (82.1%). Se concluye que la formación ciudadana en contextos complejos requiere trascender enfoques neutrales hacia pedagogías críticas que aborden explícitamente las tensiones sociopolíticas.
