Efektifitas Pengembangan Bahan Ajar

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 mengamanatkan bahwa terdapat satu pendekatan pembelajaran yang harus digunakan oleh seorang guru dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu pendekatan saintifik. Dalam prakteknya akan muncul permasalahan, terutama pada pelaksanaan kegiatan tahap pertama yaitu kegiatan mengamati. Pada kegiatan tersebut sangat dibutuhkan objek yang bisa diamati. Selama ini yang dijadikan objek pegamatan adalah buku teks melalui proses membaca, tidak sebagaimana mapel sains dengan objek yang kongkret. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, peneliti dapat mengetahui permasalah pengembangan buku ajar PAI berbasis saintifik pada materi meneladani perjuangan dakwah Rasulullah SAW di Madinah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development), sebuah strategi proses atau langkah-langkah untuk mengembangkan produk baru atau menyempurnakan produk yang sudah ada. Dengan beberapa tahapan: Melakukan analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan, Mengembangkan produk awal, Validitas ahli dan revisi, Uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi produk, dan Uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi akhir. populasi adalah siswa kelas X IPS 3 SMAN 1 Asembagus dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan nontes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis produk buku ajar, analisis kuantitatif uji t-test dan uji gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Buku ajar berbasis Saintifik memenuhi kriteria layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran merujuk pada hasil validasi penilaian para pakar materi dan pakar media, (2) Media pembelajaran berupa buku ajar berbasis saintifik dapat dikatakan efektif digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, berdasarkan penilaian para pakar dan hasil belajar siswa.
