Abstract

No presente trabalho foram comparados os métodos de amostragem de Área Fixa, Relascopia e de Seis Árvores, através do critério de eficiência relativa. O estudo foi realizado em povoamento de Pinus sp., inventariado, pelos três métodos de amostragem , para um erro máximo admitido de 10% da média do volume e 95% de probabilidade de confiança. Os resultados mostraram ser mais eficiente o inventário conduzido com unidades amostrais de área fixa ; enquanto o método da relascopia alcançou 80% e, o de seis árvores 60% de eficiência em relação ao primeiro, tendo sido levantadas, respectivamente, 9; 13 e 31 unidades de amostras, e totalizando 228; 326 e 336 minutos para alcançar a precisão desejada.
