Personality has been viewed as source of person’s attitude exhibited on the job workplace over the years. In this paper, propositions have been made about different kind of personality traits having relevance with nature of job requirements. The study tried to argue that prominent feature of personality traits can be successful in aligning with the particular job requirements. Implications have been raised by giving propositions for future researchers to validate these propositions. Key words: Personality, career choices, five factors model, career success.
