Abstract

Değerli okurlar; “Sağlık ve Biyokimya” isimli bu kitapta birbirinden kıymetli 11 bölüme yer verilmiştir. Bu bölümler alanında yetkin bilim insanlarının araştırmalarını kapsayan çok önemli bilgiler içermektedir. Bu kitabın oluşturulmasındaki amaç bu alanda çalışan bilim insanlarının deneyimleri ve araştırmaları ile ortaya çıkardıkları yeni yaklaşımları bir kitap altında toplamak ve okuyuculara sunmaktır. Eserin hayata geçirilmesinde emeği geçen tüm bölüm yazarlarına, zaman ayırıp değerli görüşlerini sunan tüm hakemlere ve saygı değer yayın ekibine teşekkürlerimizi sunmakla beraber çalışmamızın Biyokimya alanında bilimsel çalışma yapan tüm okuyuculara önemli katkılar sağlamasını dileriz.
