Abstract

Los AINES son de los medicamentos más utilizados de los cuales el ibuprofeno es el segundo más utilizado después del paracetamol. El ibuprofeno puede atravesar la barrera placentaria. Al ser un inhibidor de la COX sus efectos adversos pueden tener impacto en el desarrollo a nivel del sistema cardiorrespiratorio, así como reproductor. El ibuprofeno puede influir en respuestas inmunológicas, así como endocrinas.
