ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECT OF MODERNIZING THE LOW PRESSURE CYLINDER OF THE T-250/300-240 TURBINE OF THE YUZHNAYA CHP-22 TGC-1

Abstract

В статье предложены методы и оценки модернизации ротора цилиндра низкого давления (ЦНД) энергоблока Т-250/300-240 с помощью программного комплекса «United Cycle». Проведен анализ работы ЦНД при дальнейшей модернизации данного энергоблока с учетом технических ограничений. Выявлены основные закономерности изменения параметров пара энергоблока при его совершенствовании с учетом изменения режимов работы турбины. Проанализирована актуальность модернизации ротора ЦНД турбины Т-250/300-240 с учетом возможного снижения технологического минимума при выходе ТЭС на оптовый рынок электроэнергии и мощности. Разработана расчетная модель турбины для программного комплекса «United Cycle». Определен эффективный диапазон электрической мощности при модернизации ротора ЦНД. Выполнен анализ уплотнений диафрагмы цилиндра низкого давления. Описаны и проанализированы малорасходные режимы при модернизации ЦНД энергоблока с учетом его технологических особенностей. Дана оценка маржинального дохода данного энергоблока от модернизации ротора цилиндра низкого давления. Проведено сравнение с существующим положением. Названы альтернативные методы модернизации ЦНД с учетом технических особенностей турбины и маржинального дохода при модернизации ротора низкого давления энергоблока.
