Abstract

Entrevista al reconocido catedrático español, Carlos Ramió, sobre la meta innovación en la administración pública que se alcanza a través de cuatro estrategias: La capacidad prospectiva, gestión del conocimiento, inteligencia colectiva e inteligencia artificial. El promotor de la Carta Iberoamericana de Innovación para la Gestión Pública apuesta por buscar sistemas de control que sean mucho más inteligentes y efectivos, sin que esto signifique crear una nueva burocracia. Pronostica que el 25% de auditorías serán automatizadas, en cuatro años.
