Dorongan Minimal Dan Interpretasi Dalam Konseling

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang komunikasi antara konselor dan klien. Konselor harus menguasai keterampilan dalam merespon klien melalui tekhnik – tekhnik yang ada dalam konseling. Respon yang menyentuh, merangsang, dan mendorong. Keterbukaan konseli dalam menyatakan pikiran, perasaan dan pengalamannya, akan membantu jalannya koselor dengan lancar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Kesimpulan yang didapat bahwa dalam konseling, seorang konselor harus memahami betul tentang situasi dan kondisi yang sedang dialami oleh para calon konselingnya, hal ini akan membantu proses pelayanan konseling dengan baik dan mampu untuk dapat membantu dalam pemecahan masalah yang sedang di alami oleh konseli. Dengan demikian para ahli pun menyaran kepada para konselor agar dapat menggunakan beberapa tekhnik dalam pelayanan konseling, di anataranya ialah menggunakan tekhnik Dorongan Mininal maupun Teknik Interpretasi.
