Conexiones entre aprendizaje y emociones en Instituciones de Educación Superior

Abstract

El inicio de un nuevo conocimiento representa diferentes aspectos significativos tanto para estudiantes como para docentes, y se convierte en una aventura o un reto, en donde además,se interrelacionan las emociones y el proceso de aprendizaje, que requieren del compromiso para trascender más allá de una evaluación. Las emociones son fundamentales para el aprendizaje y, disciplinas como la neurociencia y la programación neurolingüística (PNL) ofrecen valiosas herramientas que permiten entender esta dinámica. Se mencionan factores emocionales internos como: la motivación, autoestima, resiliencia y externos, incluyendo el apoyo familiar y el clima escolar que impactan significativamente en rendimiento académico. De igual manera se subraya la importancia del rol del docente cuyo papel es esencial para la creación de ambientesemocionalmente positivos, donde la empatía, la comunciación asertiva y el manejo adecuado de conflictos son imprescindibles para fomentar un aprendizaje participativo, promoviendo así el desarrollo integral de los alumnos.
