Efectos Del Sindrome de Burnout y las Creencias Irracionales en el Desempeño Docente

Abstract

Este estudio tiene como objetivo investigar los Efectos del Síndrome de Burnout y las Creencias Irracionales en el Desempeño de los Docentes que laboran en la Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit (UAN). Es una investigación de tipo cuantitativa correlacional no experimental. La muestra se obtuvo mediante una selección aleatoria de un total de 1866 docentes que laboran en la UAN, se evaluaran a 319 docentes seleccionados con diversas características socio demográficas y de situación laboral. El Síndrome de burnout se analizo mediante el cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), para identificar las creencias irracionales en el docente se aplicara la Escala de Creencias Irracionales del Profesor (TIBS); paraconocer la valoración que el docente hace de su desempeño laboral se aplico el cuestionario de Autorreporte del Desempeño Docente. El análisis de datos se realizo mediante el programa SPSS.
