Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh layanan M-Banking terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel sebanyak 56 responden diambil secara acak menggunakan kuestioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan M-Banking berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Adanya layanan M-Banking membantu nasabah dalam mempercepat transaksi, sehingga proses dapat dilakukan lebih fleksibel dan efisien. Namun bank penyedia layanan perlu memperhatikan lebih baik dalam hal keamanan pengguna dan penanganan keluhan secara online agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah.
