Fuerza explosiva de tren inferior en niños karatecas con entrenamiento pliométrico

Abstract

El karate es una disciplina en la cual muchas de las acciones realizadas el tren inferior se ve involucrado, pues depende de este la base para buenas posiciones en la modalidad de kata y la potencia para el pateo en la modalidad de kumite, así mismo como el salto en ambas modalidades. En esta disciplina en la modalidad de kumite la fuerza en el menor tiempo posible del tren inferior es importante para ganar en una competencia. En el rendimiento deportivo y el entrenamiento pliométrico existe una relación, para potenciarlo. El objetivo de esta investigación fue comprobar si existe una mejora directamente de la fuerza explosiva del tren inferior con la intervención de un entrenamiento pliométrico aislado. En la investigación participaron 10 niños con edad de 13±2 años. Los datos de fuerza explosiva fueron evaluados mediante el test de salto CMJ y horizontal con apoyo de la aplicación My Jump2.
