Abstract

La presente tesis se centra en la caracterización de dos aceros microaleados de medio carbono, con composición química diferente, mediante ensayos de comprensión en caliente a velocidades de deformación verdadera constante. Por ello, se estudia las características de fluencia y el comportamiento de recristilización dinámica de los dos aceros a diferentes temperaturas y velocidades de deformación. Asimismo se ha analizado el efecto de la precipitación dinámica y la interacción entre la recristalización y la precipitación dinámica.<br/><br/>Usando el modelo dinámico de materiales se optimizan, en este estudio, los parámetros del proceso de deformación mediante los mapas de procesado de cada acero, a diferentes condiciones de austenizacion. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los mapas de deformación exhiben varios dominios asociados a los fenómenos de restauración y recristalización dinámica. Además se verifica que la estructura inicial tiene un efecto muy importante en la evolución de los mapas de procesado y el comportamiento a fluencia de ambos aceros.<br/><br/>También se comprueba que el comportamiento a fluencia en caliente de ambos aceros estudiados puede ser correctamente modelizado con la ecuación clásica del senohiperbolico teniendo en cuenta la normalización de la tensión por el modulo de young y de la velocidad de deformación por el coeficiente de autodifusion de la ustenita d(t). Además, se verifica que para mantener la validez del modelo utilizado es necesario incluir una tensión adicional a la tensión global cuando el tamaño de grano inicial es muy fino.
