Poissons Mammifères Oiseaux Arcanthure à brosses "Nous venons d’être assez heureux pour recevoir de MM. Lesson et Garnot, naturalistes de l’expédition Duperrey un poisson pêché au hâvre Dorey à la Nouvelle-Guinée, qui offre précisément la même forme et le même caractère, mais qui est autrement coloré. Nous l’appelons arcanthure à brosses... Selon Valentyn, la chair de ce poisson est d’un goût excellent. M. Desjardins nous a envoyé de l’Isle-de-France un acanthure exactement semblable au précédent...
