Abstract

組織学的に確認された乳腺髄様癌の4症例について捺印細胞像を検討するとともに, 髄様腺管癌の2症例の捺印細胞像と比較した. 髄様癌の捺印細胞像の特徴は, 1) 背景にリンパ球がめだつ. 2) 集塊は主にシート状であり, 重積はめだたない. 3) 細胞質は大型で淡明である.4) 核は中心性で, 大型, 不整形であり, クロマチンは粗網状で核小体がめだつことなどである. 以上の所見から, 乳腺髄様癌の捺印細胞像は組織像をよく反映しており, 捺印細胞像からも組織型の診断が可能と思われる.
