Este trabajo analiza la racionalidad de los fallos sobre la constitucionalidad de las medidas sobre salarios de los servidores públicos, vivienda, IVA, derechos adquiridos de los trabajadores y del estatuto orgánico del Banco de la República. Hace énfasis en el ordenamiento jurídico establecido por la Constitución de 1991 y en la prueba de razonabilidad que se aplica a los fallos de constitucionalidad. Muestra que el principal pecado de los economistas es el de no entender y analizar a conciencia y profundidad el alcance de la Constitución; y el de los abogados, modificar la jurisprudencia sin la debida justificación.
