We intend to delve into the history of evolution and development of human papilloma virus vaccine (HPV Vaccine). The related ethical misconduct as a learning exercise shall be explored and the lessons learnt will spur better research. The present use oh HPV vaccine, tolerability, efficacy, and safety will be highlighted and explained. The factors associated with the perception leading to vaccine hesitancy would also be discussed. We shall also look at the types of HPV vaccines available, and the regimens implemented. The present challenges in HPV vaccines and the potential strategies to overcome them shall be dealt with.
