Abstract

Del ilustre autor de La crítica del testimonio y De la apreciación de las pruebas, publicamos ahora, en lengua castellana, su última producción: Las resoluciones judiciales, en la que el magistrado francés realiza un estudio, con la profundidad y el método que en él son habituales, acerca de la manera como se llega a la formación de las resoluciones judiciales. Todos los factores que intervienen en esa formación, tanto subjetivos como objetivos, están analizados por el autor que contempla la complejidad de la obra judicial en toda su profundidad. Lo mismo que en su obra anterior, De la apreciación de las pruebas, el estudio se refiere de una manera especial a la justicia penal; pero, como las reglas de la técnica son comunes, esas apreciaciones resultan perfectamente aplicables al método de formación de las resoluciones judiciales en el campo civil.
