Fachtagung Personenschaden 2021

Fachtagung Personenschaden 2021

Abstract

The 3rd "Fachtagung Personenschaden" of the „Institut für faire Schadensregulierung“ (held as a webinar) deals with the impact on the capitalisation of compensation claims, and puts accidents with bikes and other two-wheelers under the microscope: Difficult liability clarification leads to a major potential for disputes. In addition to these hot topics, there is an overview of last year's case law on the reason for and scope of compensation, social insurer recourse and medical malpractice, as well as a report on Actineo on how settlement practice has developed since the „Fachtagung Personenschaden 2019“.
