The study "Impact of the Course: Entrepreneurship and Social Economy in Embroidery Artisans" focused on evaluating the effects of a training program on the business development of "Tenango" style embroidery artisans in Xicotepec de Juárez, Puebla. The main objective was to analyze how participation in the Workshop Course influenced women's entrepreneurial skills, specifically in the framework of the social and solidarity economy. To achieve this objective, a mixed methodology was implemented that combined quantitative and qualitative elements, with a sample of 20 artisans participating in the course. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, which were then analyzed using descriptive statistical and content analysis techniques. The results revealed an enthusiastic and committed response from the artisans during the course. Significant improvements were observed in key areas such as financial management, marketing strategies, and product development. The participants acquired practical knowledge that enabled them to manage their businesses more effectively and sustainably. This study supports previous research by highlighting the positive impact of business training on the strengthening of entrepreneurial skills among women artisans. Additionally, a direct correlation was identified between participation in the Workshop Course and the growth of their businesses in the local context.
