Soberanía o subsidiariedad

Authors: Ayuso Torres, Miguel;

Soberanía o subsidiariedad

Abstract

Francesco Gentile, in his inaugural presentation of the Conference of the International Institute for European Studies Antonio Rosmini held in 1998 in Bolzano, clarified problematic meaning of the title of the meeting: “Europe after sovereignty / Europe nach den Souveränitäten”. Gentile was confident that - through the recently embraced principle of subsidiarity - the way would be opened for a “Europe of the common good”. Subsidiarity and sovereignty would therefore meet face to face if we understand that the logic of subsidiarity must naturally break the reality of sovereignty.

Francesco Gentile, en la apertura de un importante congreso en Bolzano, aclaró el significado de "Europa después de las soberanías", donde soberanía se opone a subsidiariedad.
