Modelagem Markoviana da Confiabilidade do Sistema Pix a partir de Dados Reais de Incidentes

Abstract

O sistema Pix, implementado pelo Banco Central do Brasil, é um dos principais meios de pagamento em tempo real no país, exigindo altíssima disponibilidade e desempenho. Neste artigo, propomos um modelo baseado em Cadeias de Markov de Tempo Contínuo (CTMC) para analisar a confiabilidade do sistema Pix com base em registros reais de incidentes. Os dados foram extraídos e classificados a partir de uma base contendo falhas operacionais, que foram codificadas em cinco estados distintos de operação e falha. A matriz de transição foi estimada empiricamente, e os tempos médios de recuperação foram comparados com os Acordos de Nível de Serviço (SLAs) definidos pelo Banco Central. Os resultados mostram que os tempos observados podem estar acima dos limites normativos estabelecidos, sugerindo a necessidade de melhorias nos mecanismos de recuperação automática.
