Modelagem do Conhecimento Algébrico dos Estudantes com Redes Bayesianas Dinâmicas

Abstract

Para que os Sistemas Tutores Inteligentes possam fornecer assistência e instrução personalizada ao aprendiz, eles precisam inferir o seu conhecimento. Redes Bayesianas são comumente empregadas para modelar a probabilidade do aluno saber um determinado tópico (unidade) de conhecimento, uma vez que as mesmas são capazes de lidar com incertezas. Este trabalho apresenta uma modelagem de Rede Bayesiana Dinâmica para a avaliação do conhecimento algébrico do estudante em Sistemas Tutores Inteligentes. O principal diferencial do trabalho proposto é a sua capacidade de avaliar tanto o conhecimento conceitual (declarativo), quanto procedural do estudante, utilizando um modelo de inferência que é independente de problemas (equações). Nesse artigo, são descritas as etapas de levantamento de informações para obtenção das probabilidades desta rede, bem como as etapas das avaliações conduzidas. Os resultados da avaliação mostraram similaridades estatisticamente significativas entre a inferência da rede e os percentuais de acerto por parte dos estudantes, evidenciando que o modelo proposto infere corretamente o conhecimento do estudante.
