UP4EG: Um Perfil UML para Modelagem de Jogos Educacionais Digitais

Abstract

UML (Unified Modeling Language) e uma linguagem de proposito geral para modelagem de software. Sendo assim, apenas os elementos pre-existentes nessa linguagem podem nao ser suficientes para facilitar a identificacao e o entendimento dos conceitos de dominios de software mais especificos. Um exemplo de dominio de software bastante especifico e o de JEDs (Jogos Educacionais Digitais). Neste trabalho e apresentado o UP4EG, um perfil UML para facilitar a identificacao, a visualizacao e o entendimento dos principais elementos de JEDs, a partir de diagramas de classes UML. A partir de um estudo experimental conduzido sobre o perfil proposto, percebeu-se que a quantidade de erros e o tempo gasto para identificacao dos principais elementos de um JED podem ser significativamente melhorados, quando esse perfil e usado nos modelos de classes desse tipo de software.
