
This paper proposes a collaborative system for keeping the public and tourist sites of consumers access to historical and cultural information about the objects that make up these sites. With this collaborative system it is possible through a mobile application to get the image of an object of public and tourist site, and send to a WebService, which performs detection and recognition, and shares the historical and cultural information related to the highlighted object in the picture. For this, the collaborative system uses the algorithm SIFT and RANSAC and uses the concepts of collective intelligence sharing in the historical and cultural information. Experiments were performed with images of public and tourist sites objects to test the proposed methodology.
