PROBIÓTICO E ANTIBIÓTICO COMO PROMOTORES DE CRESCIMENTO PARA FRANGOS DE CORTE

Abstract

O objetivo desse trabalho foi avaliar o efeito da suplementação com probiótico e antibiótico na nutrição de frangos de corte sobre o desempenho e rendimento de carcaça e de cortes comerciais. Foram utilizados 150 aves distribuídas em delineamento inteiramente casualizado com 3 tratamentos (T1=sem antibiótico/sem probiótico, T2=sem antibiótico/com probiótico e T3=com antibiótico/sem probiótico) com 5 repetições. O desempenho foi avaliado através do consumo de ração, ganho de peso, conversão alimentar, viabilidade criatória e índice de eficiência produtiva. O rendimento de carcaça e de cortes de peito, coxas, sobrecoxas e asas foram calculados em relação ao peso corporal. Não houve efeito significativo do probiótico ou antibiótico promotor de crescimento em relação ao controle sobre os parâmetros avaliados nas condições experimentais da presente pesquisa. O probiótico e o antibiótico promotor de crescimento foram equivalentes, mas não foram vantajosos em relação ao grupo controle.
