Abstract

Artikel ini mengusulkan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh persepsi pelatihan terhadap komitmen afektif. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini berfokus pada persepsi karyawan tentang pelatihan karena menyelidiki persepsi karyawan diidentifikasi sebagai alternatif untuk menentukan hubungan antara pelatihan dan sikap karyawan dan perilaku terkait pekerjaan. Selain itu, tercatat dalam literatur bahwa masih belum ada bukti empiris yang cukup menjelaskan bagaimana persepsi pelatihan mempengaruhi komitmen afektif. Responden penelitian ini adalah insinyur dari sektor manufaktur di Jakarta. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Secara teoritis, kajian ini menyumbang kepada literatur mengenai pengaruh persepsi latihan terhadap komitmen afektif di kalangan insinyur di Jakarta.
