Periodismo cultural digital: Retos de la Web 2.0

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza los cambios producidos en los medios de comunicación a partir de la Postmodernidad, y su repercusión en estos momentos, conocido por los teóricos como Post-Postmodernismo, Neo-Modernismo, Re-Modernismo, Altermodernismo y Modernismo Critico, pasando por la evolución de los conceptos Web 1.0, Web 2.0 y Web 3.0. Periodismo cultural digital: retos de la Web 2.0, hace énfasis en que una postura que separe a los medios como distintivos, específicos de un sentir colectivo que se generalizó como postmodernidad, resulta a estas alturas irreconciliable, y propone además una mirada menos desprejuiciada para quienes aún descreen de los medios digitales, de su influencia y de las amplias posibilidades que estos brindan. La práctica ha demostrado que resulta necesario confiar en los modos de producción y difusión de los medios digitales, y no olvidar que su papel cobra auge a medida que se informatiza la sociedad y que, a la vez, le abre un amplio diapasón para la difusión de la cultura desde la comunicación y más explícitamente desde el periodismo digital en la web: una comunicación que no sólo estarádedicada al flujo meramente informativo, sino a la utopía de que comunicar cultura y producir cultura aún puede ser posible.
