Abstract

El recurso de casación en Perú ha experimentado importantes modificaciones,orientadas a mejorar la eficiencia y coherencia en el proceso judicial. No obstante, estasreformas han generado críticas debido a la complejidad añadida y a las dificultades parasu implementación. Entre los cambios más destacados se encuentran la redefinición de losrequisitos de admisibilidad y procedencia. Sin embargo, las recientes modificaciones hanprovocado pronunciamientos opuestos de la Corte Suprema, generando incertidumbrey cuestionamientos sobre la uniformidad en la interpretación de la ley. Este panorama hasuscitado un debate sobre el impacto de las reformas en la seguridad jurídica y el accesoa la justicia.
