Abstract

Pendahuluan: Tekanan Darah Tinggi (hipertensi) adalah suatu peningkatan tekanan darah di dalam arteri. Secara umum, hipertensi merupakan suatu keadaan tanpa gejala, dimana tekanan yang abnormal tinggi di dalam arteri menyebabkan meningkatnya resiko terhadap stroke, aneurisma, gagal jantung, serangan jantung dan kerusakan ginjal. . Dapat dikatakan bahwa hipertensi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg. Hipertensi dapat diturunkan dengan terapi herbal dengan cara meminum rebusan daun belimbing wuluh. Tujuan: Responden dapat mengetahui dan memahami tentang hipertensi dan terapi herbal rebusan daun belimbing wuluh Metode: Pelaksanaan metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan 2 tahap, yaitu pertama mahasiswa profesi ners menjelaskan tentang hipertensi dengan rebusan daun belimbing wuluh dan ke dua setelah diberikan penyuluhan, responden diberikan Tanya jawab tentang hipertensi dengan rebusan daun belimbing wuluh Hasil: Responden mengetahui tentang hipertensi dengan rebusan daun belimbing wuluh Simpulan: responden dapat memahami tentang hipertensi dengan rebusan daun belimbing wuluh
