Marca empleadora en el marco de la atracción del talento humano y estrategias de marketing

Abstract

Con el objetivo de identificar la relación entre la percepción de la marca empleadora y el compromiso organizacional, se realizó un estudio cuantitativo y correlacional, analizando las opiniones de estudiantes de marketing y recursos humanos de la Escuela de Mercadeo del Centro Regional Universitario de San Miguelito. La muestra seleccionada fue de 70 estudiantes, utilizando un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, sobre la importancia de la marca empleadora en la atracción del talento y su relación con las estrategias de marketing. Los resultados exponen una correlación positiva entre la percepción favorable de la marca empleadora y un mayor compromiso de los empleados, mostrando la necesidad de que las organizaciones gestionen estratégicamente su imagen para fortalecer la captación y fidelización de su capital humano. También se identificaron obstáculos en la implementación de la marca empleadora y se sugiere futuras investigaciones que consideren las variables sociodemográficas para ampliar los resultados de los análisis con respecto a este tema.
