Acute renal failure indicates systemic dysfunction in response to injury in patients admitted to intensive care. The primary causes are sepsis and poisoning. This conference will discuss cases of acute renal failure caused by new nephrotoxic agents such as tenofovir, tirzepatide, oxaliplatin, and warfarin.
