Strategi Pengembangan Ekonomi Syariah di Indonesia menjadi Pusat Ekonomi Syariah Dunia

Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami sejauh mana MEKSI dapat menjadi instrumen efektif dalam mengubah Indonesia menjadi pusat ekonomi syariah dunia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MEKSI telah berhasil mengimplementasikan strategi-strategi pengembangan ekonomi syariah dengan pendekatan holistik, termasuk penguatan value chain halal, sektor keuangan syariah, dan peran UMKM. Pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap kebutuhan pasar global, penguatan regulasi syariah, dan pemanfaatan ekonomi digital menjadi kontribusi signifikan dalam memacu pertumbuhan sektor ini. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti peningkatan kesadaran publik dan peningkatan kualitas SDM masih perlu diatasi untuk mencapai potensi penuh MEKSI. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi kebijakan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan efektivitas MEKSI dan memperkuat posisi Indonesia sebagai pusat ekonomi syariah dunia.
