REVIEW : APLIKASI SPEKTROFTOMETRI UV UNTUK VALIDASI METODE OBAT GOLONGAN KORTIKOSTEROID

Abstract

Artikel ulasan ini membahas penerapan spektrofotometri UV dalam validasi metode analisis untuk obat kortikosteroid. Spektrofotometri UV adalah teknik yang banyak digunakan karena kesederhanaan, efektivitas biaya, dan sensitivitasnya yang tinggi. Ulasan ini merangkum temuan dari berbagai studi yang diperoleh dari platform seperti Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan PubMed. Parameter utama yang dianalisis mencakup linearitas, akurasi, presisi, batas deteksi (LOD), dan batas kuantifikasi (LOQ). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa spektrofotometri UV adalah alat yang efektif untuk mendeteksi dan mengukur kortikosteroid dalam berbagai bentuk farmasi, termasuk tablet, krim, injeksi, dan nanopartikel. Temuan ini menekankan keandalan metode ini dalam memastikan kualitas obat, mendukung perannya dalam jaminan mutu farmasi.
